1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MurderMystery ("the Service") at murdermysterytime.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MurderMystery is an online interactive murder mystery game where users can investigate crime cases, interrogate suspects, examine evidence, and solve crimes. The Service offers both free and premium content.

3. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Plan: Access to free cases at no cost.
  • Premium Plan: Monthly ($8.20/month) or yearly ($39.99/year) subscription for access to all premium cases.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us within 7 days of your payment at kadirkenantopal@gmail.com. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MurderMystery — including case stories, characters, evidence, game mechanics, design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of MurderMystery. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, publish, or spoil case solutions publicly
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
  • Share your premium account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MurderMystery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
